A new invitation for the allocation of proceeds from the IPARD funds, in the sector of the processing industry, will open in five-six days, Minister of Agriculture Branislav Nedimovic announced in Nis on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.
– The total budget is EUR 225 million, of which the EU will provide EUR 175 million, whereas our country will provide EUR 50 million – Nedimovic stated and reminded that two invitations within the IPARD funds had been held up till then and that there would be eight in total in 2018.
After a meeting with members of cooperatives, representatives of local self-governments and departments in the Nisava District, Nedimovic added that the proceeds from the IPARD funds were finally being realized and that there was great interest in the funds, with 478 applications in the previous two invitations.
