Mirović stated that the Provincial Government issued a permit for setting up a construction camp, assessing that this is important news for Ruma, Irig, Petrovaradin and Novi Sad, for the economy, citizens, transport of goods and better connections.
The meeting held in the Provincial Government also discussed the preparation of project documentation for the construction of the Novi Sad-Zrenjanin-Belgrade highway, the construction of a high-speed road connecting Sombor and Kikinda, as well as the Provincial Government's support for the high-speed railway project from Novi Sad to the Hungarian border.

An agreement was also made to form a working group for the construction of a bicycle path from Novi Sad to Belgrade, on the old route of the road, as well as from Petrovaradin to Beocin, which will be realized in cooperation with the local authorities. They also discussed the continuation of the reconstruction of the road Begec-Backa Palanka, the connection of the section Opovo - Debeljaca to the state road, as well as the reconstruction of the road from Sremski Karlovci to Petrovaradin.
