Seeking Contractors for Rehabilitation of District Heating System – City of Belgrade Investing RSD 600 Million

The Public Utility Enterprise “Beogradske elektrane” yesterday opened the public invitation for mechanical and construction works on the realization of the Program of Rehabilitation of the Distributive System of District Heating.

The technical specification of the tender envisages the installation of heating pipes with the necessary accompanying elements (insulation, fittings, flanges…), as well as for the execution of reinforced-concrete and masonry works, along with the preparation of technical documentation and the necessary work manuals.

Also envisaged is the obligatory guarantee period for the bidder of a minimum of two years, counting from the moment all the works on the district heating system are completed.

The deadline period for the completion of all works will be set as the project advances, depending on the scope, the dynamics and the urgency of the execution of the works in certain locations.

The value of the investment is around RSD 600 million.
