The group of contractors consists of the Novi Sad-based companies Put-invest, Instel-inzenjering, Energotehnika-Juzna Backa, Suuniko Solutions, OTB inzenjering and Tecton Geosystems.
The project of the development of Miseluk entails works on parcels not far from the Covid hospital, where there is almost nothing but grass at the moment, whereas one part features several houses.
In addition to the construction of several kilometers of asphalt and other paths in nine new streets, the works also entail the installation of several kilometers of water and sewer pipes, dozens of public lighting poles, but also benches and waste baskets, although there is still no active construction of buildings or houses in the area itself.
These are the first serious works on the urbanization of Miseluk, although Novi Sad planned for the city to be expanded in this location back in the 1970s.
