Magical carpet-sofa

An architect, Alessandro Isola invented an incredible carpet which can be turned into a sofa as well if needed.

He called it "stumbling sofa" since stumbling of his “ordinary” carpet served as an inspiration for his creation.

Usually, people fix pucker when it appears but not when it appears.

- Instead of that, a carpet was designed to present a support for puckers which serve as a sitting sofa. Thanks to a special core and installed linen, a sofa is pretty comfortable - Alessandro.

The supporting structure within a pucker can serve as a book shelf.

Dimensions are available in line with cutomers’wish and Alessandro is currently negotiating with furniture producers in Italy on turning the concept into reality.

It is interesting that Alessandro has had similar ideas before. One of them included a carpet-table.
