WM Equity Partners to prepare prepack plan of AHA Mura Prvi maj

The Ministry of trade of Serbia selected consulting company WM Equity Partners to prepare prepack plan for AHA Mura Prvi maj, the company said today for Beta agency.

Financial Manager at AHA Mura Prvi maj, Slavisa Svilarov, said the consulting company will prepare a draft of the plan and that it will deliver it to the Ministry of trade of Serbia.

Svilarov specified that on September 30, debts of AHA Mura Prvi maj total EUR 9 m, not counting guarantees for the state.

Svilarov outlined that references of WM Equity Partners are strong and that it a serious and representative consulting company which has carried out more than thirty plans like this one.
