New sale of Mitros - Estimated property value totals RSD 478m

Slaughter industry, Mitros from Sremska Mitrovica will
get soon a new owner. Trade court in Belgrade announced a public call for offers for the acquisition of the property
of Mitrovica-based company and the estimated value totals a bit more than of
RSD 478 m.
The interested buyers should pay a deposit of RSD 95,7 m and the delivery deadline is December
18 until 11.45 h. Public opening will be held the same day, 15 minutes after
submission deadline.
The mayor of Sremska Mitrovica, Branislav Nedimovic, said
that all facilities of Mitros are registered at the registry and that all conditions
for a new owner were obtained. Within
Mitros, there is 14 ha of land and 24.000 m2 of legally built facilities. There
is no a single facility which is not registered, Sirmiuminfo reports.
- I believe that by December 20, the contract on sale of Mitros will be signed.
Investors are serious and in a hurry to
have a reliable slaughter company which can work for the Russian market so I
believe we finally solved the issue of revival of Mitros – Nedimovi said.
A few investors from a number of countries showed an interest in acquisition of Mitros and the most serious buyer is an Austrian company whose representatives have already discussed with the biggest cattle farmers from Srem on delivery of fattened cattle to a slaughter company.
