Economic Caucus set up at the Assembly of Serbia - Vladimir Marinkovic appointed president
Today, at the Assembly of Serbia, "Economic Caucus", i.e. assembly group for economic development was set up and the member of the Socio-democratic party of Serbia Vladimir Marinkovic, was appointed president.
After the election, he said that the institution will deal with the work on amendments of all laws in social and economic policy as well as on-site work, plant tours, it will talk with businessman on the problems so that equal business environment would be created for everybody. The work of the newly set up assembly institution, as he outlined, will not be lobbyist-like.
Marinkovic announced that in the next ten days, members of the "Economic Caucus" of the assembly will discuss uniting inspection services so that they would work, together with the Government of Serbia, on grey economy decrease and implementation of control of market and other inspections.
- It is possible soon to host a visit of a legal advisor of the Economic Caucus of the American congress and it is familiar that the congress has more than 300 caucuses with more decades of experience which can provide us support in many things – he said.
The president of the "Economic Caucus " outlined that former parliament members will be invited to participate as associates of that institution and an announcement and a call will be sent to the Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and the government will be sent.
