Terazije hosts guests from whole world – EUR 12 m invested in Zepter Apart hotel

The first apart hotel of high category in Belgrade is located at Terazije 10, in the building from the thirties designed by a famous architect, Djordje Djorddjevic. Thus, Zepter Apart hotel kept the atmosphere of the old times with all the comfort of modern age, the hosts say.

Although celebrities were present at the hotel on the first day of December, the hotel welcomed its first guests in November.

- We have been book up 35% until now and the hotel opened November 10. The interest is great and we already have New Year’s bookings – Uros Milovanovic, GM Zepter Apart hotel, says for eKapija.

According to our collocutor, there is the biggest interest of guests from UAE as well as of tourists from Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Germany and Bulgaria.

The hotel is planned for both business people and tourists who are planning to stay in Belgrade for longer period of time.

When asked why they opted for this type of the hotel, Milanovic said shorty – “to be different than the others”.

- Belgrade lacked this kind of accommodation. We offer complete feeling of home to our guests. The hotel has 25 suites, 5 deluxe rooms and two studios. Our guest can bring food, suites are equipped with modrn kitchens and what makes the hotel additionally unique is the option of meal preparation in a suite by a chef upon a guest’s request. Apart from that, we have pet friendly block so our guests can bring their pets as well with previous announcement.

A total of EUR 12 m was invested in the hotel, 35 people employed and architects Dusan Tesic and ATD team are responsible for its current look.

All accommodation units are named after famous Zepter china and occupy30 to 300 m2.

At the last floor, there is the Horizont terrace with more than 100 m2 favorable for different events.

The hotel guests can use Zepter Meeting Club, SmartLife restaurant and Zepresso Aperitive bar.

By the end of the year, we found out at the hotel, promotional accommodation prices will be available. An overnight stay for two in deluxe room is EUR 120 and EUR 500 in presidential suite.

When asked whether Zepter is planning to open another hotel in Belgrade, our collocutor said it will remain a secret.
