Government adopts changes of laws on excises and taxes

At the meeting held on Saturday, December, 20, 2014, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Proposal of the law on changes and amendments to the Law on excises which governs change of provisions on time and the method of submitting excise tax application.

Proposal of the law on changes and amendments to the Law on value added tax (VAT), as well as Proposal of the law on changes and amendments to the Law on tax on legal entities’ profit were adopted.

The Government also adopted the Proposal of the law on changes and amendments to the Law on return of taken property and compensation.

The Government made decision on setting up Coordination Body for directing activities with respect to grey economy decrease and appointed Kori Udovicki, vice president of the Government and the minister of governmental administration and local self-governance, president of the Coordination body.
