Piraeus bank officially becomes owner of 20% shares at AIK bank

Greek Piraeus bank officially became the second biggest shareholder at AIK bank (AIKB) after on its name (Piraeus Bank Societe Anonyme) 20,35% of shares previously registered at ATE bank were preregistered.

In mid-2012, Greek Piraeus took over healthy working capital at Greek agricultural bank, ATE, including its share at AIK which, after the National Bank of Serbia issued the permit, was preregistered at Piraeus bank. Previously,, ATE bank became a shareholder at AIK in late 2006 acquiring shares of this bank at levels of some 5.200 Wisebroker reports.

According to the last share price at AIK of RSD 1.620, stake of Piraeus bank totals RSD 3 billion (EUR 24,6 m).
