Bankruptcy procedure for Vujic Valjevo initiated

Trade court in Valjevo initiated previous procedure for fulfillment of terms for opening bankruptcy at the company for production of PVC foil and carpentry, construction and goods turnover, Vujic Valjevo doo.

The court announced that the previous procedure was started in line with pre-pack plan of the company which trustee in bankruptcy submitted January 22, with the correction and supplemented January 23.

The trial for deciding on proposal and voting over the prepack plan will be held March 17 at the Trade court in Valjevo. Voting will be carried out by trustees.

The court ordered measure of ban of execution on secured and unsecured property of bankruptcy debtor, Vamedia portal reports.
