Asset of Viskoza's subsidiary up for sale on March 10th
The Privatization Agency has scheduled the sale of an immovable asset of the Svila company, part of Loznica-based Viskoza holding in bankruptcy, for March 10th.
The sale will be carried out through public bidding, and the subject of the sale is a two-storey family residential building with a surface area of 2,664 square meters.
The estimated value of the building is RSD 31.9 million, and all interested prospective buyers are to pay a deposit of RSD 6.4 million by March 3th, it was annoounced on the website of the Privatization Agency (www.priv.rs).
The Agency put this same building up for sale on 2 September 2014 and 28 January 2015, but without success. Production in the central part of Viskoza was halted in February 2005.
In February 2007, the Privatization Agency sold three of Viskoza's subsidiaries at an auction - Energetika, Hortikultura and Lofolen.
