Park Plaza in Pula to host its first guests in May 2015

The Park hotel in Pula, a part of Arenaturist hotel companies after thorough rehabilitation which has been in progress will get the new name "Park Plaza Arena Pula" and it will welcome the first guests in late May, Arenaturist announced on Monday.

The investment in the hotel totals KN 50 m (EUR 6,482 m) where existing 147 rooms will be completely renovated and 28 rooms more with a panorama view over the sea will be superstructure, a hotel lobby with a reception and a bar, a restaurant, a swimming pool with sea water and a sunbathing area.

After rehabilitation, the hotel will have a new wellness center with fitness studio and interior design and architectural solutions will be signed by an internationally recognized and awarded company, Scott Brownrigg headquartered in London.

Hotel target group are young families and couples who like spending time in smaller, modernly designed and friendly hotels and the first guests are coming in late May this year, Arenaturist mentions.

Rehabilitation of the Park hotel is a part of investment cycle of Arenaturist which started in 2011 with the rehabilitation of the Histria hotel, continued with investments in Punta Verudela tourist settlement, Medulin and Palma hotelas and last year in Belvedere hotel in Medulin.

All mentioned investments were carried out in line with international standards of Park Plaza Hotel and all renovated facilities got the Park Plaza brand i.e. prefix with the existing name.
