List of biggest tax debtors published
Serbian Tax Directorate published the list of biggest tax debtors which comprises 407 active ones, 745 companies which have been in bankruptcy or liquidation, 221 in restructuring, 399 was deleted from the registry, and147 of those which have been taken away tax identification number.
The biggest tax debtor among active companies at the end of 2014 was Kragujevac-based Zastava oruzje with the debt of RSD 7,57 billion.
Krusik Valjevo (2, 53 billion), PPT Namenska from Trstenik (2,1 billion), Borba (1,8 billion), Monus (1,5 billion), and that company submitted request for debt reprogram, follow.
The list of biggest debtors also comprises Simex, Lola livnica, Mera invest, Sloboda, Koncern Farmakom, FC Crvena zvezda and Partizan, Beohemija, Pink international, Novosti, RTS, Zekstra group.
The list of biggest debtors comprises 647 entrepreneurs and Milan Vasiljkovic, owner of Zelena jabuka from Smederevska Palanka with the debt of RSD 116,1 m is the biggest one.
The Tax Directorate does not have the option of forced debt payment collection from companies which have gone bankrupt or in restructuring. When it comes to companies which have been in bankruptcy, Beobanka with the debt of RSD 30,76 billion and Investbanka with RSD 23,1 billion are the biggest debtors.
