Azalea Maritime is interested in Bagremar - Three options for managing unfinished hall in Pancevo

Apart from estimation of investment funds, the commission had another task – to propose possible models of using the property since Azelea Maritime company which would open sea and nautical training center here, is interested in it . Olivera Subotic said they suggested three models.

- The first option is payment of invested funds and effort by an investor, the second option is that amount of investment funds is as high as stake at PPP model and the third option is that the lot and investment effort value are a deposit in PPP, Olivera Subotic explained.

Before they decide on the model, the Directorate should first, in opinion of the Commission, terminate the contract with contractor since construction site has not been formally closed, RTV "Pancevo" reports.
