Budva municipality to rent Mogren fortress

Budva municipality is planning to rent for a period of 30 years remnants of Austrian- Hungarian fortress Mogren at the lookout at the entrance to the city, where it is planning to generate at least EUR 35.500 per year.

Renter will be offered price decreased by 50% until approval for construction and revitalization process is obtained and which cannot be longer than two years as of the day of contract on long-term land rent is signed.

Mogren fortress is located out of the city crowd, only a kilometer far from the city center. Surrounded by wood, Mogren offers a splendid view over the Old town and the Budva bay.
