ENERGOPROJEKT: We delivered offer for construction of Two towers in Belgrade on water

Competition for construction of the first facilities in Belgrade on water has started and Energoprojekt officially confirmed its participation.

-From the engineering point of view, the project is not complex apart from the part when it comes to facility foundation – the company explains.

As they say, "Energoprojekt" could implement project in cooperation with local associates and a bit earlier than planned within tender deadline.

Tender implies deadline not to be longer than 950 days. So, if tender would be finished and contract signed over the summer, workers could start working as of August or September, completion of the first two buildings could be expected in the spring 2018.

"Energoprojekt" believes they could win tender.

-We delivered offer for implementation of construction of facility of residential and commercial purpose on a lot 14 which comprises mutual parking and two residential towers. We offered market price but we still do not know which companies participate or their offer - the company says.

Call for tender, on behalf of the investor, was sent by Mace firm which manages project while Masinoprojekt developed the main design of residential complex in line with previous agreement.
