Public call for privatization of C market cancelled

The Agency for privatization yesterday made Decision which
cancels Public call for collection of offers with public bidding for sale of capital
at Trading shareholder company "C
market", released February 27, 2015 in daily "Politika" and at
internet page of the Agency for
privatization.
As it was stated at the announcement of the Agency for privatization, with the decision
of the Ministry of trade dated May 21, 2015, previous decision on model and
method of privatization and measures for preparation and settlement of the Trading shareholder company "C market” Belgrade was changed in the
part which refers to the initial price and now it states:
- The initial price for capital sale from Item 1 of the Decision totals 100% of estimated capital value of the subject of privatization on December 31, 2014 which is for sale.
All other provisions of the Decision of the Ministry of trade which refer to the model, method and measures for C market Beograd and which was made November 24, 2014 remain unchanged.
