"Dukat" wants to buy remaining share in "Somboled"

"Dukat" from Zagreb has announced its intention to take over remaining 3.53% of total number of stocks of Sombor-based "Somboled".
With the realization of this intention, which will be taken in consideration by the Securities Commission, Sombor's dairy factory "Somboled", which issued 1,235,740 stocks and does not own any anymore, would enable takeover of 43,666 stocks with the voting right to "Dukat".
According to the intention for takeover, none of the companies with which Zagreb-based "Dukat" operates has no share in the assets of Sombor's "Somboled", where only "Dukat" has share of 96.47% .
In all aforementioned companies, Zagreb-based "Dukat" (former dairy industry "Lura") owns 100% of assets, except in Belgian company where it has share of 91.49% and in Sombor's "Somboled".
According to the data provided by Belgrade Stock Exchange, Sombor's manufacturer of dairy products, "Somboled", registered loss of about 64.9m RSD in 2005 before taxation. Also, this company registered profit of about 40.4m RSD in 2004 before taxation.
