New tax debtors' list
Tax directorate of Serbia has announced today the list of the biggest tax debtors where there are 422 active companies, 760 companies in bankruptcy or liquidation, 227 in restructuring, 423 deleted from the registry and 157 of them that have been taken away TIN, tax identification number.
The biggest tax debtor among active companies at the end of
March 2015 was Kragujevac-based "Zastava oružje" whose debt is RSD
7,7 billion.
It is followed by Valjevo-based "Krusik" Valjevo (2,59 billion), "Monus"
from Belgrade (2,17 billion) which submitted request for debt reprogram,
"PPT Namenska" from Trstenik (2,14 billion), "Borba" (1,86 billion).
The list of biggest debtors also comprises Belgrade-based (RSD 941,6 m),
"Mera invest" (910,5 m), "Sloboda" from Cacak Čačka (863,4 m).
Big debtors are also "Farmakom", "Agroziv",
"Mitrosrem", "Vujić Valjevo", "Zekstra grupa", "Novosti",
"Komgrap", RTS, Fudbalski klub "Partizan", "Verano
motors", "Beohemija".
There are 706 entrepreneurs at the list of tax debtors and the biggest one is
Milan Vasiljkovic the owner of
"Zelena jabuka" from Smederevska Palanka, with the debt of RSD
117,6 m.
Tax directorate does not have the option to carry out forced payment from companies which went bankrupt or have been in restructuring. Beobanka is among the companies which went bankrupt with the debt of 30,9 billion and Investbanka with the debt of RSD 23,2 billion.
