Russian investors in the RS oil industry are hurriedly looking for buyers for all estates, from business buildings and production facilities to hotels, offices, flats and houses in the possession of the privatized gas station chain Nestro Petrol and Modrica Oil Refinery, the web portal Capital.ba reports.
Nestro Group is part of Banja Luka-based Optima Group that produces and sells oil and oil derivatives. Optima Group was founded by Russia's NeftegazInCor, whose majority owner is Zarubezneft, a state-owned company from Moscow that operates under the trademark of Nestro.
NeftegazInCor is the majority owner of Nestro Petrol in Banja Luka, Brod Oil Refinery and Modrica Oil Refinery, and it also owns the largest network of gas stations in Bosnia-Herzegovina consisting of 82 facilities.
Starting price for all seven estates is approximately KM 7 million (EUR 3.61 million), but Nestro issued a new tender early this month to sell as many as 19 business buildings, offices, holiday hostels and apartments.
