Agency for privatization released public call for trustees in bankruptcy

The Agency for privatization announced that it released public procurement for services of experts who will, on its behalf and under its supervision, carry out trustee in bankruptcy affairs.

All the interested bidders can take competition documentation at internet webpage of the Agency for privatization at www.priv.rs and at the portal of the Directorate for public procurements http://portal.ujn.gov.rs/.

The umbrella contract will be signed on a two-year period and the Agency can extend the agreement for another year.

Criteria to sign the umbrella contract is economically most favorable offers whose elements are experience and efficiency in implementation of managing bankruptcy affairs and the status of trustee in bankruptcy, it was stated in the announcement.

Public opening of the offers will be done immediately after deadline for offers submission expires , i.e. August 3 at 12.30 at the Agency premises.

Deadline to make decision on signing umbrella contract is 40 days as of the day of public offers opening.
