Call for sale of "Adria Airways" announced
Slovenian state-owned holding (SDH) released a public call for collection of offers on interest for purchase 91,58% state-owned share at "Adria Airways".
In direct ownership of Slovenian state, there is 69,87% of capital at "Adria Airways" and the rest is owned by state-owned funds.
The company which has recently been having difficulties, among ither things due to debts for banks, last year had EUR 900.000 of profit. As the most serious buyer, as "Seebiz" portal reports, is "Qatar Airways".
Slovenian airline transported 203.633 passengers in the first quarter or 8% more than in the same period last year.
