Tuffieh Funds interested in Intereuropa - Banks on the move

A few days ago, consortium got an offer of the Czech company for Tuffieh Funds funds management , which manages private shareholder fund "Topaz Fund", focused on logistics industry in mid and east Europe.

As for now, the amount of the offer is not familiar but having in mind condition in business, high yields are not likely.

The banks which have 72,13% share at Intereuropa, published last year that they started sale of the share at Kopar-based logistics company. The interested investors can get additional information with financial advisors in sales process - Raiffeisen Centrobanka and Lazard.
