BAT officially became the owner of Tvornica duvana Rovinj

At the Assembly of the Adris grupa, a consent on sale of Tvornica duvana Rovinj (TDR) to British American Tobacco (BAT) was provided. At the same time, BAT became the owner of the companies within Adris tobacco business unit– iNovina, Oprese and Tiska. Transcation totals EUR 505 m.
