Open competition announced for rental of state-owned agricultural land in Kula - picnic area "Potok" at disposal
Svetozar Bukvić, President of Town Hall of Kula has announced tender for public auction for rent of 9,877 ha of state-owned land. Starting rental fee for 1 ha of agricultural land on the upper terrain is 5,600, and 6,800 RSD on the lower terrain, while the starting price for 1 ha of meadows, pastures and marshes is 400 RSD.
The land will be rented to villagers on period of one year, and the renter who offers the price higher than 24,000 RSD on the auction is obliged to pay half of the price within seven days.
The auction will first be held in Ruski Krstur, on September 4 and 5, for area of 509 ha, then in Sivac, from September 6 to 14, for area of 3,452 ha, in Lipar, on September 15 and 17, for area of 1,108 ha, in Kruščić, from September 18 to 20, for area of 1,176 ha, in Crvenka, on September 21, 22 and 24, for area of 1,443 ha, and finally in Kula, from September 25 to 28, for area of 2,189 ha of state-owned land.
Public auction procedure is carried out by the Commission for realization of procedure of public auction for rental of agricultural land owned by state.
The villagers from Sivac, who usurped land owned by state and used it illegally, will have to pay rental fee retroactively for period of one year before the auction.
