Agency for Privatization offers three companies, sale for ten failed

The Agency for Privatization of Serbia has announced today for the second time public call for privatization of PC Radio Medvedja from Medvedja at the initial price of EUR 1.411. According to the call, initial price for the sale of the radio is 50% of the estimated value and offers can be delivered by September 28.

The Agency for Privatization has also released a call for sale of the property of Grafosrem in bankruptcy, whose estimated value is app. RSD 25,6 m. The most important property of the company is a boiler room on 70 m2, an administration building, a reception and a garage on 57 m2.

A package of 53,3% of shares of the Sombor-based company for passengers’ transport Severtrans at the initial price of EUR 277.498. These shares are owned by the Agency for Privatization and the Shareholder fund.

The Agency for Privatization also published at its website that sales of Elektroporcelan from Arandjelovac, Duvan form Ljubovija, Graničar from Gakovo, Teretni transport from Bor, Putevi from Sremska Mitrovica, Zastava metal from Resavica, Agrobacka from Bac, Budimka iz Pozega, Majevica holding from Bačka Palanka and Mostogradnja from Belgrade.
