Two offers on tender for selection of consulting company for realization of contract on sale of stocks of "Forge" Nikšić

Two bids arrived on the tender for selection of consulting company that will follow realization of contract on sale of stocks of "Forge" from Nikšić during next five years. The bids were delivered by the consortium consisting of "Arbos Management Advisors", London-based "Global Steel Consultants", "Marlagne Capital Advisors", Podgorica-based Lawyer's office Pavličić and accounting company "Connecting".

The second bid was delivered by the Faculty of Economy and Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology from Podgorica and Lawyer's office of Nikola Martinović. Tender for selection of advisor was announced by the Agency for REstructuring and Foreign Investments in mid-July, and these bids will be ranked and the best will be selected within next few days.

Services of the advisor will include survey of obligations from the contract, which was signed at the beginning of Januar, including realization of investment and social program and business plan. The advisor will be obliged to give recommendations and opinions about fulfillment of obligations from the contract.
