ContiTech Fluid Srbija gets land free of fee in Subotica for new production department construction

With the decision of the Assembly of the city, ContiTech Fluid Srbija was assigned land free of charge, for the construction of new facility in Industrial zone Mali Bajmok.

With the support of the Government of Serbia and the city, ContiTech Fluid Srbija is planning to acquire ownership over 2,5 ha of construction land where in the second stage it is building new production facility on over 12.000 m2.

According to Zivko Topalovic, the head at ContiTech Fluid Srbija, this German corporation opted for new investment in Subotica thanks to current success of Subotica-based plant at the world automotive market.

According to the elaborate which PC Privredno-tehnoloski parkovi developed, based on investment implementation, the estimated market value of the land to be assigned is less than expected public income increase at the budget of the City in the period of five years.
