Five offers for "Yugoslav River Shipping"

Tender for "Yugoslav River Shipping" enters the finals. The list of candidated potential buyers includes "East point" of Zoran Drakulić and large shipping Maltese company "Pali Mal", Romanian TTS, Russian "Tamoza", pretty large company, but from the other branch. Also, the fifth applicant is Šabac-based "Intereksport".

Privatization Agency has not announced the official list of candidates yet, because it waits for the meeting of the tender commission, which should take place on the first working day next week. Informed sources say that the tender documentation, which was the pre-phase for participation in the tender, was bought by another seven companies, among which were some of the largest local companies.

They withdrew when they realized that Drakulić was not going to be the only rival, that is, that one of the bidders is Maltese "Pali Mal". These sources believe that the Maltese are not going to haggle over the price since they already arrived here and decided to take part in this business.
