Safety shoes made by Tigar in Scandinavia and China in 2016 as well - EUR 4.7 million worth of deal

Tigar AD will continue to supply its safety shoes to the armies of Scandinavian countries and fire fighting units in Hong Kong in 2016 as well. Expected and agreed value of this deal is EUR 4.7 million (117,000 pairs of shoes), the company said in a release.

According to Branislav Curic, the executive commercial and marketing director of Tigar AD, sales abroad account for 75% of overall product sales of this company.

Tigar's top-quality rubber footwear of great design has caught the attention of buyers from western Europe, Scandinavia, Asia and America. Tigar also launched a new collection of fashion and children rubber footwear for the first rainy days. As stressed by the manufacturer, domestic rubber boots made of high quality materials and in line with defined environmental standards represent a blend of safety, fashion and tradition.

This year, Tigar shoes won the Best of Serbia Award in the Best Brand category, thus confirming its 80-year tradition, quality and originality, reads the release.
