Imlek has announced today that it signed contract on acquisition
of 100% stake at Niska mlekara, one of the biggest ones in south Serbia.
As a regional leader in milk industry which has the most modern equipment for processing and storage of milk and dairy products, Imlek is planning to increase production processes of Niska mlekara and develop its most famous brand, Vedro.

- This acquisition of Imlek will strengthen its position at the market of south Serbia and modernize production and develop business of Niska mlekara . After takeover, a number of investments has been planned so that processes would adapt to Imlek’s standards. This acquisition is implementation of our plans for development and business expansion- Ilija Setka, GM at Imlek said.
