Armature Factory "Zvezda" from Kovin on auction on October 22

"Armature Factory "Zvezda" from Kovin, in bankruptcy, will offer its property for sale on auction on October 22, 2007, at starting price of about 48.5m RSD", Privatization Agency announced.

As bankrupted debtor, that manufacturer of faucets and valves, which is in bankruptcy since June 22, 2007, will offer building facilities, roads and junctions on more than 5,000 square meters, related water supply and sanitarian armature equipment, stocks and claims for sale.

Bankrupty in "Zvezda" was introduced on March 21, 2007, and sale of property on public auction will be carried out in Privatization Agency in Belgrade.

Right to participate in purchase of its property have all juristic and physical persons who purchase documentation for participation in public auction for 50,000 RSD, with value added tax, prior to October 15, 2007. Deposit for participation in that public auction amounts to about 19.4m RSD, and deadline for payment is October 15.
