Tito’s villa "Lovćenka" in Meljine, with 4 luxurious suites, on tender in July 2005

Big military-hospital complex in Meljine, which is managed by Army of SCG, with maternity hospital opened three years ago and first-class villa "Lovćenka", specially built for Josip Broz Tito, will soon be sold. The meetings of the Supreme Council of Defense used to be held in it, but Tito never spent time inthere because it was finished some time before his death in 1980.

Few American businessmen have already visited Meljine in order to see and estimate value of the hospital complex whose starting price is not known yet. Announcement of the tender is expected in July 2005.
