"Progres" is looking for buyer once again - second auction sale of Svrljig-based factory on September 27
Privatization Agency has schedulled the second auction sale of Svrljig-based Furniture factory "Progres" for Thursday, September 27, in the premises of the Agency. Starting price is 33.2m RSD.
The first auction sale in June 2007 failed because there were no buyers, which may have been caused by the fact that the starting price was too high - 49m RSD.
Public company for production and trading "Progres" Svrljig,
of which primary field of work is production of furniture for private and business premises and for catering, was estimated to 207m RSD, that is, 2.6m EUR, which represents 70% of total capital of this subject.
The most important property of "Progresa" are production halls, warehouses, garages with workshops and outlets in Bor and Surdulica, of which total surface is bigger than 7,700 square meters, and building land of 7.4 ha, as well as part of equipment that is left after the forced sale of property caused by the charges pressed by workers and payment of their salaries and allowances.
Future buyer is obliged to invest 12.7m RSD in that company, which has units in Svrljig, Niš and Aleksinac.
