Assets of mining and smelting company in Zajaca for sale - Starting price at EUR 1.7 million

The bankruptcy manager of the concern Farmakom M.B. Sabac - Rudnici i topionica ad Zajaca in bankruptcy from Loznica has put the bankruptcy debtor up for sale as a juristic person by public auction.
The assets of this bankruptcy debtor include both immovables and movables with the most important property being a land of over 450,000 square meters and existing facilities on parcels - production facility, administrative buildings, machinery, chemical laboratory...

Starting price is RSD 200,000, whereas a deposit for participation in the sales procedure is at RSD 117,144,085.80.

The deadline to purchase tender documentation is 22 December 2015, while public auction will take place at 12 noon on 29 December 2015 in the Court of Commerce in Valjevo.
