Milan Beko sells off assets - Port of Belgrade sells property of subsidiaries for EUR 21.5 million

The Port of Belgrade has announced the sale of assets of the first group of its subsidiaries, which includes Lumaco doo Belgrade, Drum Creek doo Belgrade, Luka Petrol doo Belgrade, Gizmal LTD Cyprus and Delute doo Belgrade, as well as a portion of assets of the Port of Belgrade AD and Nova Luka doo Belgrade.

Starting price of the land owned by Lumaco is estimated at EUR 2,381,436, the property of Drum Creek at EUR 9,933,450, the assets of Luka Petrol at EUR 6,351,380, while the price of the property of Gizmal LTD Cyprus starts from EUR 54,793.36.

The deadline to submit applications is 12 January 2016.
