He said that the partners of Nordic Business Alliance saw Serbia progressing on the European path and that it was out of recession, and that the reduced fiscal deficit and unemployment was below 17%, meaning it was at a record low since 2008, and that our country had climbed 32 places on the World Bank’s Doing Business list.
- The task of our state is to work on the problem of fiscal charges, and to see how it can help companies in their business - said Vucic.
He pointed out that two Nordic companies had made it to the list of 15 top exporters from Serbia, expressing his belief that there would be more of such companies in the future. The prime minister also said that he was ready to hear every opinion, reiterating that our country was open to cooperation with these companies.
The first working meeting of the Prime Minister of Serbia and Nordic companies was held Monday in the presence of representatives of the embassies of Nordic countries - Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. Along with Prime Minister Vucic, participants were Swedish Ambassador in Belgrade Christer Asp and Chairman of the Board of Governors of Nordic Business Alliance Jasmina Vignjevic.
