Montenegro unveils privatization plan for 2016 - Here is what is for sale

The Privatization and Capital Project Council of Montenegro agreed on the Draft Decision on the Privatization Plan for 2016 at Wednesday's session, which was presided by Montenegrin Prime Minister and Council President Milo Djukanovic, and forwarded it to the Government for adoption.
The decision on the privatization plan will be implemented through the sale of equities by tender, public-private partnerships, and the sale of shares of state funds on the stock exchange, it was announced on the website of the Montengrin government.
When it comes to the sale by tender, the Decision calls for the continuation of tender processes for Dr Simo Milosevic Institute in Igalo and Novi Duvanski Kombinat (New Tobacco Concern) in Podgorica.
Tenders will also be invited for the privatization of the following companies: Montecargo AD - Podgorica, Montenegro airlines AD Podgorica, Marina Bar AD – Bar, Luka Bar AD – Bar, HG Budvanska rivijera, HTP Ulcinjska rivijera AD Ulcinj, and Institut za crnu metalurgiju AD Niksic.
The process of tourist valorization based on the public private partnership model will be started or resumed for the following: VTK Mediteran Zabljak, Donja Arza Herceg Novi, the Ecolodge Vranjina tourist complex, Kolasin 1600, Bjelasica and Komovi, a location between Njivice and the mouth of the Sutorina, Ulcinj's Great Beach, Ada Bojana Ulcinj, the military and tourist complex Bigovo- Traste Kotor, Kraljicina plaza (Dubovica 1), HTP Ulcinjska rivijera AD Ulcinj - Camp Neptun, a location for nautical and tourist complex in Kotor (NTC Marina Kotor), Uvala Masline - Utjeha for Cape Odrac in Bar, the military and tourist complex Valdanos in Ulcinj, the Gornji Klinci barracks in Herceg Novi, Dobra luka Herceg Novi, the warehouse Morinj in Kotor, the warehouse Dobre vode in Bar, the warehouse Kopita in Kolasin, the warehouse Rakita in Herceg Novi, the Sas Motel with Vladimir economy Ulcinj, the ski resort Savin kuk at Zabljak, Kabala for in Herceg Novi, the military and tourist complex Ostrvo cvijeca and the Prevlaka land, Posta Crne Gore AD Podgorica and others.
