Živko Mukaetov, CEO and Chairman of the Steering Board at Alkaloid Skopje

Zivko Mukaetov was born May 3rd 1974. He graduated from the Faculty of Machine Engineering at the University of Sveti Kiril and Metodij in Skopje, Macedonia.

He acquired an MSc in Marketing Management at the Kensington College of Business, London, UK Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Mr. Mukaetov is CEO and Chairman of the Steering Board at Alkaloid, the biggest Macedonian pharmaceutical company. His jurisdictions delve into all spheres of the company’s business, its two daughter firms, 1,100 employees and 11 branch offices abroad, competing in a market of close to 60 million consumers.

Mr. Mukaetov is engaged in many activities that involve social responsibility and he is on board of a variety of institutions that are involved in steering the national economy.

He was a guest lecturer at many conferences, among them: CEE Pharma (10.2004), ABN-AMRO Global Generic Pharma Conference (02.2007), and has participated in numerous workshops.

In September 2006, Mukaetov was the lauerate of the Top Manager for Bosnia & Herzegovina and South East Europe Award from Macedonia.

Due to his achievements in business and other domains, Mukaetov was appointed General Consul of the Kingdom of Denmak to Macedonia.
