Electricity bill with a fee for RTS arrives in February - Who is free of paying subscription fee?

The law, whichis not aligned with the Law on public services which governs that RTS and RTVcollect fee and that their managing boards define the amount, implies thatfunds paid from fee at the territory of the Republic of Serbia outsideVojvodina are income of RTS. On the other hand, funds paid for fee at the territoryof Vojvodina are distributed so that 70% of paid funds are profit of RTV, and 30%of RTS.

Supplier, EPSin this case, is paid monthly in the amount of 3% of amount collected through feecollection for invoicing and payment collection of fee for RTS and RTV.
