Buildcon backed by Seedcamp and 500Startups - Two largest funds simultanously invest in Serbian startup

Buildcon, a domestic startup that stands behind a building projects management solution, began the year 2016 by receiving support from two investment funds - Seedcamp, the largest fund in Europe, and 500Startups, the world's most active fund. Buildcon has, thus, become the second investment in Serbia for both funds. It is interesting that both Seedcamp and 500Startups penetrated the market of Serbia by investing in the same startup - TruckTrack.
Buildcon recognized a market segment with an objective problem that is not saturated yet. With no other global enterprise software taking the lead, the question for startups like Buildcon now is how well they can position in the market, and the investment from experienced investors will definitely help the Belgrade team strengthen its position.

Buildcon did not want to reveal the exact amount of investment they got, but since these are more or less standard deals, the investment is estimated at more than EUR 100,000.
