Slovenian Silikon is interested in opening department in Sombor - 150 potential hires

(Illustration) Slovenian company Siliko which operates in production of tools made of metal and products made of liquid silicone, is interested in opening production department in Sombor, municipal website reports.

Head of Siliko, Janez Koprivec says Siliko is stable and advanced company which operates in three locations in Slovenia and pays attention to the needs and protection of its employees and that they “recognized Sombor as a good environment for investments and their company expansion”.

As representatives of Siliko outlined, in cooperation with local self-governance, they are trying to find an adequate location to start production so they would hire 50 people for a start and 100 workers more after, which would be sufficient for Siliko’s needs.
