Four companies interested in Galenika - Americans, Emirates, Palestinians and Swiss want the plant
Four big world companies are interested in strategic partnership with Galenika whose destiny must be solved by May 31.
Anand Ijer, GM at American Pari Biomedical, visited Zemun-based plant a week ago. A four-member delegation was interested in production of Galenika and the pharmaceutical industry in Serbia. They discussed partnership with Galenika with the minister of trade, Zeljko Sertic.
A collocutor adds that due to strategic partnership, August saw a visit of Basel company Piqur to Galenika. Galenika was previously viited by managers of Arabian Julphar, leading insulin producer in Africa and Asia, as well as 470 different drugs. Last February, heads of Palestinian Pharma Care PLC visited Galenika and were at the Agency for Privatization in June.
