Delta Planet awaits roads - Construction of shopping center at Autokomanda requires public roads and accompanying infrastructure

(future look of Delta Planet Shopping Center) Delta Holding is going to invest the proceeds of sale of its two shopping centers in the construction of the retail complex Delta Planet at Autokomanda in Belgrade. However, Miroslav Miskovic's company has not yet officially applied for a building permit for that largest shopping center in Serbia.

People at the Belgrade Building Land and Development Directorate underline that the implementation of this ambitious project requires the missing infrastructure to be built first, as a prerequisite for building other facilities in this location.
