Subotica allocates 25,000 square meters of land to ContiTech Fluid Srbija for new factory - Works to commence this spring
The City of Subotica and the ContiTech Fluid Srbija company have signed an agreement on the free-of-charge alienation of city building land. The German company has thus obtained 25,000 square meters of land in Mali Bajmok Industrial Zone to build a new factory on it.
ContiTech Fluid is going to invest EUR 20 million in the new factory which should employ five hundred people by the end of 2018.
Construction of the new factory is expected to commence this spring.
ContiTech operates in Subotica since 2011 and is one of the most famous suppliers of automotive parts. It currently employs 600 workers.
