Slovenian "Terme Čatež" should decide whether to invest in spa in Inđija prior to February 2005 - 45 million EUR

Slovenian company "Terme Čatež" should decide, until February 2005, on investment in spa in Inđija. Co-investor on that project is Municipality of Inđija, which set the deadline to "Terme Čatež" for decision until the end of January 2005.

The representatives of Čatež spa will visit Inđija again. The negotiations between two parties on construction of new spa, in which about € 45 m would be invested, have been conducted since November 2004. Čatež will prepare last corrections in the contract on the basis of which joint-venture "Terme Inđija" should be formed, in which Serbian party would have 10% of share.
