The first electronic construction permit in Belgrade

Municipal Secretariat for urban planning issued an electronic building permit to an investor, the City of Belgrade, for the needs of PC Parking service ,it was stated by the Information Service of the City Administration of Belgrade.

Amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction enabled the implementation of this system.

The mayor says the garage at Obilic, for whose reconstruction the first electronic building permit was issued, dates from 1975 so far there has been no major investment.
