VUCIC: Government will support expansion on Panasonic in Serbia

(Aleksandar Vucic) Serbian government is ready to support Svilajnac-based Panasonic lighting devices Serbia for further expansion and hiring larger number of employees, prime minister of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said. He met with head of Panasonic Commitment, Susaku Nagae and management of the company in Europe and promised governmental incentives so that headcount in the factory, currently 390 workers, would be significantly higher . Vucic said he believes Japanese company will, through expansion of production, contribute to GDP and employment growth in Serbia as well as arrival of new Japanese investors.
